The Complex - St. George's Court is an apartment community for the elderly and disabled. The nine residential buildings are surrounded by landscaped yards, and contain 56 one-bedroom apartments, 4 two-bedroom apartments. There are 9 units that are barrier-free for those in wheelchairs (8 one-bedroom units and 1 two-bedroom). All units are built in accordance with the federal government service and safety standards. There is a community room and a community laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. Rental assistance is provided through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and rent will be calculated at 30% of adjusted income.

Indoor Features - Individual apartments feature first-class accommodations including an all-electric kitchen with refrigerator and range, mini-blinds, 2 closets, bedroom, living room, bath, and private patio. Each apartment has its own individually controlled central gas heating and electric air conditioning units. Water, sewer, and trash removal service are provided by management. Residents are responsible for the gas and electric service.

Eligibility - Applicants must be 62 years of age or older, and/or have a disability certified by Social Security. Eligible applicants are accepted on a first come first serve basis regardless of religion, race, color, sex or national origin.
